Socket fusion machines and accessories

Polyfusion socket welding technology is still frequently applied up to OD 110 mm, or manually for diameters < 50 mm, today this still often applies, especially to PP, PVDF and also PE material.

This technology is used a lot in the manufacture of ducts in the workshop, and less on site. The field of application of the machines or the thermo-elements ranges from OD 16 mm to OD 110 mm. The nominal pressures are NP10 bar for PP, NP 16 bar for PE 100 and NP 20 bar for PVDF, if the pipe is equivalent in size for the relevant pressures.
