Welding machines for sheets and segmented fittings

In workshops, welders are automatic machines for the construction of segmented components starting from OD 315 mm up to OD 1600 mm. Larger diameters can be achieved, currently going up to OD 3000 mm.

Using these workshop machines, segmented bends of various angles can be constructed of extruded pipes and 90° T or 45°T or 90° Y fitting. The welding parameters are recorded according to the current legislation and the printed process controls show full compliance with the parameters of the weld selected on completion of the welding.

Less for ducts, but more for the construction of equipment are in the Hürner Italia S.r.l. the welded plates with various welding widths. Starting from 2000 mm and ending with 4000 mm, with welding thicknesses up to 50 mm depending on the material.
