This line is fundamentally built arount our electrofusion control boxes and butt-fusion welding machines. For special applications we can also offer our most up-to-date special welding machines : IR (infrared) machines. These machines are able to realize an impurity-free welding as they do not touch the heated ends. Two versions of these automatic machines are available: a model for butt-welding without balloon and a model with balloon which can perform seamless welding. These machines are equipped with welding parameters recorder, which can be printed both to create a wielding protocol reminder or as a proper label to apply to the joint.
Finally, our line is completed by welding machines for socket joints, both mobile (suitable for work yards) or fixed (for workshops). Then, besides the proper welding machines, this line also includes all equipment required for laying down the PE methane distribution network, from the scraper to the reshaper. Accessories like pipe cutters, scrapers, pipe support rolls, etc, are also available.
Welding machines are available for the entire range of electro-wieldable diameters, is up to OD 1200 mm, while the largest diameter for butt-welding is currently an OD 1400 mm. In the case it results necessery to weld greater sizes, between OD 1600 and OD 2500 mm, Hürner Italia Srl also rents out the adeguate welding machine if pipes to be welded are supplied by our company.
All welding machines fully comply with the current regulations and are suitable to weld all the thermoplastics materials offered by Hürner Italia Srl program.
