PP-PE

The Hürner Italia S.r.l. PP/PE double pipe line is a PPH/PPR composite dual-pipe duct, where the inner one is made of PPH/PPR – Polypropylene homopolymer/random copolymer - while the protection outer one is made of PE 100. In this case, the different materials are connected with a two-stage process: first the inner pipe is welded, then the external pipe. The welding techniques can be selected according to the NP of the pipe. The choice is between butt fusion and electrofusion welding. The inner part of the fittings is made of PPR – Polypropylene random copolymer -, while the outer part of PE 100.

The composite line size ranges from OD 32/90 mm to OD 160/280 mm NP 10. In addition to pipes, the program also includes bends with various angles, tee 90°, reductions, duct terminals, fixing points, inspection outlets, etc.

Double pipes follow the requirements of the guidelines of DVS 2210-2 for industrial piping .
