PVDF-PP

The Hürner Italia S.r.l. PVDF /PP double pipe line is a composite dual-pipe duct, where the inner one is made of PVDF – polyvinylidene fluoride - while the protective outer one is made of PPH – Polypropylene homopolymer. In this case, the different materials are connected with a two-stage process: first the inner pipe is welded, then the external pipe. The welding techniques can be selected according to the NP of the pipe. The choice is between butt welding and electrofusion welding. The inner part of the fittings is made of PVDF , while the outer part of PPR – Polypropylene random copolymer.

The composite line size ranges from OD 32/90 mm to OD 160/280 mm NP 10 or NP 16. In addition to pipes, the program also includes bends with various angles, tee 90°, reductions, duct terminals, fixing points, inspection outlets, etc.

Double pipes follow the requirements of the guidelines of DVS 2210-2 for industrial piping .
