FEP - Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene - features excellent chemical resistance and its thermal stress range varies from -190°C to 205°C. It has good dielectric properties, excellent resistance to UV rays and is mechanically very stable at high temperatures.

Corroding weather agents do not alter its transparency, which remains unchanged after a long exposure time.

This material, like all other thermoplastics, can be butt welded or hot air welded with filler material.

FEP of Hürner Italia S.r.l. are available as normally and rolled sheets material in the sizes 2000/1250 mm with 0,8 and 2,3 mm and 10000/1250mm with 2,3 mm wall thickness. The backing system based of fiberglass mesh and thermosetting resins reinforcing.
