The ANTICOR PP liner is a PPR (polypropylene random copolymer) which is used as a lining material in constructions subject to steep temperature gradients between plant startup and plant shutdown. Also during maintenance, when the liner surface is to be washed with a hot water jet, thanks to the excellent thermal and mechanical resistance of the material, the installed liner does not expand uncontrollably and so remains undamaged.
This material is ideal for trenches in chemical plants receiving the hot effluents discharged from various reactors. This results in the creation of high temperature zones that gradually equalize at an average temperature. PPR compensates for these temperature changes perfectly without damage.
