PPS EL
This material, PPS EL – anti-static and self-extinguishing polypropylene random copolymer - brilliantly combines self-extinguishing and anti-static conducive features, and is a thermoplastic that is increasingly in demand for industrial applications.
The fire resistance rating is V-0 according to UL 94 standard. Surface resistivity is < 10^8 Ω / cm according to VDE 0303 standard or 15 (CTM) according to the CABOT method.
PPS EL – Anti-static and self-extinguishing polypropylene random copolymer - fully complies with 94/9 CE – ATEX Directives and is a fully suitable for installation in classified areas, since the material is defined to have "no own potential ignition sources".
It is also suitable for carrying powders, liquids, solvent vapors and flammable gases, as it has been already proven in many plants installed.
The PPS EL line includes pipes and fittings in the size range from OD 32 up to OD 200 mm NP 3.2 , 6 and 10 bar.
The line also includes semi-finished products, like sheets, welding rod and round bars.
