This business line consists in the renewal of already made concrete products by means of the specific ANTICOR LIGHT liner or the traditional ANTICOR liner, which is not sunk, yet laid down and fixed to the tank walls by means of an inductive fixing with electric washers.
Lining already made new tanks or no longer perfectly tight vessels is an ideal field for the application of the ANTICOR liner and the ANTICOR LIGHT system, both of which are technologies developed by Hürner Italia Srl.
Based on the tank size, it is advisable to apply the ANTICOR LIGHT liner, of which two types are available: liner with cone-shaped backing systems or liner with V-shaped stud systems. Neither type requires special building works; here, the liner is fixed to the concrete by direct coupling systems or fixing in advance plastic profiles to the concrete. Such profiles are the liner support and are the base for the subsequent welding, which is made by the induction method or by an extruder with filler material.
Both techniques can be applied very quickly and have been developed to facilitate the lining without the presence of a building company. Installers specialized in working with thermoplastics materials can carry out quality lining for various applications after a specific introduction to this matter. For the storage of drinking water, the material approved for this liquid ( colored in blue) must be selected.
