The technology is divided into two main sections:
- ANTICOR: this line is based on the application of the liner on concrete structures with homogeneous and complete embedding of the anchors in the concrete, thereby creating a permanent and inseparable protection; ideal for the production of new components such as pipes, culverts and maneholes;
- ANTICOR LIGHT: in this case the liner rests directly on the concrete with various types of spacers and is then locked to previously installed profiles fixed with screw anchors. This type of liner is suitable for protecting and/or reconditioning large surface areas such as drinking water tanks or basins that are not watertight, and is reserved exclusively for use of PE liner material, this being the main material used for lining and reconditioning concrete structures.
In both the first and the second type of lining, welds are made using hot-air extruders and filler material with subsequent scintillometer testing: a reliable guarantee for a perfectly watertight seal.
This activity is based on the main lines listed hereunder:
- Lining of concrete structures: application of ANTICOR liner in thermoplastic material for the factory production of concrete structures;
- Lining of new concrete structures: simultaneous application of the ANTICOR liner during on-site construction of concrete structures.
- Reconditioning of existing concrete structures: through specific ANTICOR LIGHT liners or with the traditional ANTICOR liner with embedding in concrete or by laying and subsequent fixing on the construction site with induction welding.
