Water and Gas line

The PE material used for this line of products in applied to aqueducts, methane gas distribution, irrigation, sanitation and sea discharge pipes, mainly intended for civil applications. We offer a complete catalogo of products up to fittings sizes of OD 500 mm PN 10/16, in injection modlded PE 100 material, whilst, beyound these dimensions, all available fittings are machined from extruded pipes through segmentation or thermoforming processes. 

PE 100 extruded pipes are available in sizes from OD 20 mm to OD 2500 mm PN 10 bar; standard PN are 4 – 5 –6 – 10 – 16 and 25 bar, depending on the size.

The products line offered by Hürner Italia Srl includes PE 100 RC (Resistance to Cracks) pipes that comply with PAS 1075 standard. Moreover, PE 100 FM (Factory Mutual approved) pipes and fittings are available for both 215 psi and 250 psi.

A specific anti-static PE line (PE-EL) is also available: made of PE 80 includes pipes, fittings and semi-finished products for applications in ATEX (hazard of explosive atmosphere) areas, fully complying with the requirements, covering the size range from OD 32 to OD 315 mm in PN 6 and PN 10 bar. This PE line also includes all semi-finishel products in PE-HD (polyethylene at high density), like sheets, rods, welding rod and ANTICOR liner for coating of concrete products.
